::American comes walking into the arena with a heavy duffle bag on his shoulder. He's wearing a red muscle shirt with black gym shorts and a pair of Nike shoes. TWA interviewer, James, stops him as he sees him approaching the mens bathroom::
James: Hello American, how are you doing this evening?
American: I'm doing pretty good and yourself?
James: Very good. I just wanted to get a few words from you as into how you feel about being the special guest ref for the Jax vs Hogan match later this Saturday.
American: Well, James, it kinda goes like this. I've always worshipped the way that Hulk Hogan has wrestled. Then on the other hand, I have always had respect for the hustle that Jax has always shown in the ring. So, to be honest, I would have to say that I feel pretty good about being able to call this match because it's almost as if I'm going to be placed right in the center of a match that has the power to bring huge pay-per-view headlines.
James: Okay, that's good. Well how do you feel about the fact that most people are assuming that you will buy into this so-called "bribe tactic" that Jax is throwing around.
American: It's funny that you mention that because Jax is the only undefeated wrestler here in TWA besides AJ. I believe that Jax will do almost anything to keep his winning streak alive, even if it meant arranging someone to come out to ringside to cause a disqualification in his favor. But if he can honestly believe that anyone is going to buy into the fact that he has indeed NOT try to bribe me into calling the match in his favor against Hogan, then he is only fooling himself because everybody knows that Jax usually does not have good comments to say about anybody unless there is a few strings attached somewhere.
So let me just get this out in the open now, Jax...I know you're probably going to be waiting for me somewhere around here, but the truth of the matter is, I don't want to here what you have to say anymore. The simple fact is that I am going to go into that match on Saturday night and call it as it is. If you lose...you lose. If you win...you win. But I'm not going to buy into that "You scratch my back, I scratch yours" mythology. You can save that for somebody that don't know any better. So good luck.
